What a read, highly recomended , 24 Jul 2008
This is a great read! I've read a couple of Pam's other books and have always been impressed by her easy-to-read style and huge array of areas she covers. Not only does this book give you loads of information about great sex techniques to use with lots of attention to detail but Pam gives lots of good general sex information. My girlfriend loved everything I tried out of this book and our sex life is the better for it. Some of the suggestions are not for the faint hearted!
Rubbish, 30 Jun 2008
Would have 5 stars....if it had actually been in the comedy genre and not something that is supposed to be informative.
Some of the names provided are ludicrous - lapping dog? WTF?
Unless you are very unimaginative, crawled out from under a rock or prepubescent, this book is wasted on you.
Great., 23 Oct 2007
Definitely worth a read. Some of the ideas are a bit try-hard, but still worth a go... especially if you've gotten a bit bored in the bedroom!
Its as hot as the cover, 17 May 2007
This was my first time at reading a sex book, and wow. Some of the stuff in the book is just impossible unless you are an olympic gymnastics champion, but the rest is really help full though to spice up the relationship.

Oh my god! I never knew books like this could help a woman have such fantasic oral sex!!! What have I been missing all this time? The best oral sex I've ever had that's for sure! The man I've recently met has read this book and boy does it work! We also spent a very nice time together reading this and I learnt a thing or two about some of the orogenous zones I never knew I had! Great book!
Required Reading for ALL Men, 14 Aug 2008
They should erect statues in his honor.
It's not one of those cheesy books where the author claims to have all the secrets, but leaves you wanting... he really does. Hats off!
The book every guy should own., 30 Mar 2008
This book is a real gem and lives up to it's title, Ian Kerner is a hero.
Written in a friendly, non-clinical manner, this takes away all the mystery that surrounds this vital piece of love making. What higher recommendation can I say other than it won me my future Wife!
A great book for most guys. , 24 Oct 2007
This book can really help a guy understand things he didn't before. It's a good one to start with. I found loads of good info. I also liked "Sex Machine" and would recommend it as well.
One of my favourite books, 11 Jun 2007
I like to reread this book because it was eye-opening and very valuable for me. I didn't know that the female intimate zone consists of so many different parts and is extremely sensitive due to a huge number of nerve endings. I am happy that so knowledgeable expert describes step-by-step which part after which part to stimulate in order to lead your lady to orgasm. I feel a lot more comfortable when it comes to orally pleasing my wife after I read this book. She doesn't have to be that involved now because I simply follow the clear and very detailed instructions and she literary melts in front of my eyes. I agree that she comes first and yet guys do pamper yourself as well with the secrets from "scientfically guaranteed male multiple orgasms and ultimate sex". My experience shows that when both partners have mind blowing time in bed spontaneity, libido and passion increase with each love making. I believe that every caring for his sexual education, performance and lady man should read she comes first. It is one of the few that contains exclusive and very valuable information that will make a great difference for your girl and your confidence.

This is a remarkable book, made all the more so by the sheer brilliance of Russell Faulkner's illustrations. Where photography leaves you cold, one man's masterly confidence with light, shade, colour and breathtakingly sensitive insight will have you hungrily turning the pages for more. I couldn't recommend it any more highly.

Some good ideas, but not the most easy reading. Overall, one of the very few sex education books out there that actually gave us any new ideas...but not exactly the easiest to read...very text heavy, and not many/any pictures to demonstrate.
Reads a bit too serious, and like a textbook...should be more fun reading. Perhaps it's geared more towards people who want to resolve a lull & so are more motivated to get through lots text with no photos or more concise bulletpoints...
Quite Fabulous!, 06 Dec 2007
What a brilliant book! Bought this as a surprise for my partner and we have had hours of pleasure. A fabulous layout highlighting all of our senses and how to tease them. Rest assured I know what I speak of having read loads of sex books but this book has some wonderful ones. You won't regret buying this.
hot tips & fast!, 20 Nov 2007
There are so many sex guides & books available that promise action and just deliver blandness and waffle. This gem of a book however is packed full of interesting, exciting and most importantly easily put-into-practice tips that really helped spice up my relationship with a long term partner.
Highly recommended!
A must read!, 07 Nov 2007
I needed to boost my love appeal with my woman. Things had hit rock bottom and she always complained about my style. So this little book worked some magic with Mr Love as she calls me. I loved all the smooth seduction advice. Really hit the spot with my lady. Get it if you want to win the ladies over in bed!

New Cover Same Book, 25 Sep 2008
Bought this book with good expectations as I had found her previous book Sinful Sex very useful. Found that this book is basically a republication of Sinful Sex less the line drawings, which I personally considered one of the most useful parts of Sinful Sex.
A bit disappointing, 22 Aug 2008
Considering the title and all the 5 star reviews, I was a bit disappointed with the book. It's the first sex book I ever bought and I decided on this one because of the positive reviews, however I found a lot of the advice fairly common sense and certainly not 'revoluntionary' as the author likes to claim. The first 50 pages deal with 'sex symtoms' and other more general advice but it's really not rocket science to work out by yourself that being stressed at work, drinking too much etc can lead to less sexual desire!
The tips on 'before play', foreplay and oral sex are ok and left me feeling quite happy with myself, have apparently done some things right in the past! There are some positions explained that were new to me but I would have found pictures or sketches helpful, maybe I am thick, but I had to read a couple of them a few times to understand how to do it.
Overall, I had the impression that the author believed that most adults still have pretty outdated and stereotypical views about sexual roles of men and women what I found a bit patronising.
I would recommend this book to younger people who haven't had many sexual experiences or longer-term relationships. But I think most educated people in their thirties or older probably won't need it.
All about sex, through and through. , 20 Sep 2007
I've read the "Sinful Sex", the first book Dr. Pam had and was really, really into it. This followup is all about sex, through and has lots of new materail. She also goes into some detail about "problems" and how to overcome them. A great read for anyone interested in improving their sex life. I also liked "Sex Machine"--Kane and would recommend it along with this one.
SENSATIONAL!, 12 Jul 2007
I LOVED this book! Got this not knowing what to expect but the cover looked hot. It proved to be as hot inside. I'm absolutely impressed with all the tips and ideas. I had no idea there were so many things to try with my partner! And on the thought provoking side I LOVED the idea that sex problems usually have little to do with sex. The one I had with my ex was more about our lifestyle, too stressed for enjoying each other.
Buy this book for loads of fun!
saved my sex life!!, 14 Jun 2007
this book saved my sex life, dr pam has a style of writing uncomparable to anyone else - she takes the taboo out of having 'sex problems' and makes you realise you are worthy of good sex (and how to have it!!) she provides practical tips but with a friendly tone and boosts your sexual confidence..i can't recommend this book highly enough - whether you are having sex problems, or just want to spice up your sex life this is the kind of book that can benefit anyone. dr pam, i salute you!!

Something to get you in the mood, 26 Jul 2006
A good balance between realistic modern ideas and the philosophies underpinning the original kama sutra. It looks at sex in the context of romance, mood setting and relaxation. Probably one for long term couples.

Definitely worth a read. Some of the ideas are a bit try-hard, but still worth a go... especially if you've gotten a bit bored in the bedroom!

This was my first time at reading a sex book, and wow. Some of the stuff in the book is just impossible unless you are an olympic gymnastics champion, but the rest is really help full though to spice up the relationship.
She Comes First, 24 Aug 2008
Great book!

Never mind the words, buy this book for the pictures ..., 07 Oct 2008
This is a remarkable book, made all the more so by the sheer brilliance of Russell Faulkner's illustrations. Where photography leaves you cold, one man's masterly confidence with light, shade, colour and breathtakingly sensitive insight will have you hungrily turning the pages for more. I couldn't recommend it any more highly.
Quite good, 06 Oct 2008
This book is ok, and I do like Dr Pam, but I did find it a little bit twee in places.
Some good ideas, but not the most easy reading..., 08 Mar 2008

I bought this book because I experienced a side of my sexual sex that I hadn't seen before and I wondered where it had came from. It is more of a psychological book than about technique but certaintly has a few tricks. Barbara Keesling writes in a straight forward, easy to read manner, how you can take hold and take control of your sexual self. She touches on the rise of feminism and has a fantastic way of removing any guilt or shame you might feel sexually. There's little excercises in each chapter to help you blossom into the woman you know you should be. She takes you under her wing and eases you through the stages to a more positive and confident you.
In short..., 30 Jan 2006
This is a book about turning up your personal volume. Yes, it's also about sex in a technical sense, but even if you're single you can still get a lot from this book. It's about feeling unashamed about who you are. Simple as that.
Brilliant, 10 May 2004
this book is great for boosting your confidence, and have posative effects on your man. step by step it turns you into a godess with more confidence. the book can be a little intrusive, but all sections are put into simple easy to follow chapters with easy to follow exercises to build your confidence. the secret is not to rush through the book but take it one stage at a time. u will soon be a godess in the bedroom wowing your man before you even get your kit off.
Good book for good girls, 04 Apr 2003
This is a great book for the inhibited or shy woman who needs to learn how to let go. The book handles subjects as self esteem, sex toys, props, dressing naughty, revealing your innermost fantasies, and learning how to be a bad girl in the sense of letting go and allowing yourself to enjoy what the world of sex has to offer. My wife and I are on a mission to improve our sex life and this book really helped her feeling better about herself, not needing to feel bad about having joyful and inhibited sex.
This is for the quiet types!, 17 Mar 2003
This is a good book but it is more about self-esteem and character justification than seduction or karma sutra style topics. But this is a great book if you want to feel better about yourself and feel more confident around your partner.

living with a willy, 06 Jul 2008
I bought this book for my 13 year old, what a well written funny book. It is written in an informative yet relaxed way that most normal teenagers will understand. Although we have a relaxed approach to answering sex questions there are some things a teenage boy just cant ask his parents, this book filled in the gaps. Buy it !
Don't buy this!, 16 Feb 2008
I bought this book for my over inquisitive 11 year old son. How anyone could think it is suitable for children is beyond me, as a mum my son asks questions I can't answer so I bought this book to give me an insight and with the hopes of passing it on to him once vetted. The book is badly written for a start, there is a brief introduction to each section and then several letters to an Agony Uncle. A 14 year old boy worries that he'll be unable to get his girlfriend pregnant, another teenager contemplates suicide due to the size of his manhood, then there are sections on deep frenchie snogging and oral sex, also it suggests that it is normal to fantasise about your sister whilst masturbating!
Not Suitable for the Under 14's, 01 Oct 2006
This seems to be an excellent book for teenagers but I would definitely not give this book to an under 14 without carefully vetting the material he is reading. The book covers issues which would worry an adolescent lad but goes on to discuss performance issues and diseases in a lot of detail.
Bookshelf essential for boys, 17 Feb 2006
I bought this book a few years ago; far too soon to give it to my son. It sat on the bookshelf ever since and I've been amazed at the number of grown men who've picked it up and commented 'Well I never knew that'! I've recommended and bought this for many of my friends' sons. It's not a replacement for upfront and honest chat about sex and growing up but its an invaluable help. My son has had it for a while now and I've found it allows him to read in his own time about topics he may not want to ask about. It has also prompted questions and lots of discussion - especially as he just picks it up and opens it in random places!
A mums best freind (pardon the pun), 13 Aug 2005
As a woman and a mother i only have third party experience of the vaguaries of the willy. I also realise that the last person a boy wants to ask about his willy is his mum. Some things are just beyond the pale. SO i found this book and what a gem it is. The Boys are 9 and nearly 11. My husband vetted it first because i thought he'd have a better idea of what would be needed in the way of an owners manual being an owner himself. He spent two nights sniggering and giggling and then said it was perfect. Especially for the older boy. We think that the younger boy may just find some of it gross but children tend to read or listen to as much as they can handle then switch off. It is written in a non medical fashion but without any silly inaccuracies that may cause problems later. It also covers related areas such as hygene, the ettiquette of early physical relations with girls, kissing and mutual respect but in a relaxed inoffensive manner that a boy can understand and remember. I'll leave it on their bookshelf so they can dip into it as and when they need.

Something to get you in the mood, 26 Jul 2006
A good balance between realistic modern ideas and the philosophies underpinning the original kama sutra. It looks at sex in the context of romance, mood setting and relaxation. Probably one for long term couples.
This trully is a brilliant book!, 23 Aug 2006
I'll leave it on their bookshelf so they can dip into it as and when they need.
a whole new outlook, 07 Sep 2008
I stumbled across this book on amazon as its not my usual read (may be now)
I found this book gripping and detailed, i felt i lived many moments with Suzanne, although her life may appear crazy to some she is a woman who knows what she likes and knows how to get it!!!
Not a book for the faint hearted can be very graphic and erotic in places but a great insight for anyone with an open mind to sex.
don't spend the money , 20 Mar 2008
If I could give this a rating it would be minus 10. This has to be the worst book I have ever spent money on. I thought I would get it due to the comments made by others but if you have ever been in a relationship or had good sex you will find this book as dull as dishwater.
It was not funny, naughty or anything she does not describe her experiences in depth so all you really get from the book is `I went to a bar, met a man, didn't really like him that much, I grab a condom and we have sex!' . She is self assured and knows what she wants and a lot of time that is bad sex! She feels she owes it to a men to give them what they want even if all they have done is brought a coffee, dinner, she will still put out even when she doesn't really fancy the guy - not a very strong women I found this extremely annoying about her. She is a sex addict and a very boring one at that.
This is such a DULL BOOK I cannot stress that enough, I threw mine in the bin after half way not even the charity shop deserves rubbish like this culturing up its shelves.
Hilarious read - but whats with the drink driving?, 11 Mar 2008
I had to write a review on this book. It goes without saying anyone even slightly prudish should not read this. That much is obvious! I am not sure why people have given it only one star for not being erotic enough, what did they expect with a `chick lit' cover like this? I personally did not find it erotic at all - just laugh out loud funny, and I mean that in a good way. Suzanne knows what she wants and she goes out and gets it. I read this book so quickly as it was well written and kept me reading to find out what happened next.
A few problems I have with it (and maybe her if I am honest). Warning!! I might spoil the `plot' for people with the below comments. Number 1) what is with the drink driving? Seriously?? The amount of times she says she is in Soho House drinking 4 martinis and then gets in her car. What is up with that? 2) Some of the guys she describes seem very unattractive, ie: she describes Daniel as overweight with some missing teeth - yuk! She seems to have sex with most people even if she doesn't fancy them that much. 3) Her poor kids - the amount of random men they see passing through is not good. She seems to introduce all these men to her kids very quickly. Is having an alcoholic, drug addict living with you really good for your kids? Flying your kids to New York and have them sleep in the spare room while you have sex? Moving in a guy who permanently wears cycling shorts and then changing all the locks when she finds out he is seeing someone else? Taking your kids on holiday with a guy you've been seeing for 5 minutes? I am all for her getting lots of sex but I don't think its something her sons should know about.
Having said this I still thought it was a great book and well worth reading. Hilarious and honest.
Raw and honest sexuality, 30 Jul 2007
Suzanne's book is refreshingly raw and honest. Although many might find her raw and open sexuality disconcerting, her frank honesty makes the book highly believable and enjoyable, providing a unique insight to how far women have come in society in the last few decades. Welcome to the freedom of women in the 21st century!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book, 24 Jul 2007
I found this book to be a wonderfully current view of sexuality in a growing segment of the population in the 21st century. Having tried and failed at monogamy, often multiple times (serial monogamy), many of those in their 30's, 40's and 50's have come to the same conclusion... Monogamy is not the best solution for everyone. Many recent books have covered this topic from a number of different viewpoints. Suzanne's book is an excellent contribution from the female perspective. A male viewpoint of the swinging community can be found in "Swinging: Shared Pleasures Between the Covers" (USA). Female viewpoints can also be found in "Doin One For the Team" and "Polyamory: The New Love Without Limits". I highly recommend "The Butcher, the Baker, The Candlestick Maker" along with the other books to get several current views into the current world of non-monogamy.

Some of the ideas are a bit try-hard, but | | |
