Beautiful Angels, 15 Jul 2008
These are my first Doreen Virtue purchase. I needed something to help me SLOW the pace of life and take stock of things. I got these cards a week ago and I have found them to be really precise and accurate. The first time I used them I asked for help with a situation and the card I chose was totally relevant and I kept it with me all day and I followed the advice. I think they have helped me and now I use them before I go to work and It is something I look forward to. I like to look at the illustrations which are are beautiful. Plus the cards are a lovely size. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful, easy to use and accurate!, 27 May 2007
A gorgeous deck (almost prestigious looking)! This is my second Doreen's deck and is absolutely beautiful. Most of the time, I use it in conjunction with her Messages from the angels card. Together, they provide me with a fuller picture and enhance the accuracy. When use alone, this deck is also highly accurate. I always get very to-the-point messages or daily guidance. The booklet that comes with the deck is very detailed and helpful as well.
On the whole, it is a very versatile deck that can provide clear, soothing and helpful guidance, perfect for anyone who needs some reassurance, encouragements or simply a pat on the shoulder.
Accurate, honest and beautiful, 29 Mar 2007
This is now the 3rd set of Angel Cards by Doreen Virtue that I have purchased and I can honestly say that they are fast becoming my favourite set. What amazes me with these cards is that you do not have to be a psychic, medium or at all experienced in spiritual matters to be able to use these cards accurately. All you need is a genuine intention. You can use these cards in many ways: (1) use daily to gain a bit of advice from your Angels to carry with you for that day; (2) obtain advice on a specific matter (by asking a question or requesting help with a certain thing); (3) to ask for any information that your angels think you should know; (4) use in conjunction with the Angel Guidance Oracle Board to enhance the answers you get through the board. There are probably many other things you can do with them I am just listing some of the ways that I have used them. Because you are using them to connect with the angels, your Guardian Angel and your spirit guides, you are safe and protected (unlike the Tarot deck which has a link wiht the occult). I have always had really accurate readings from these cards (and from my other sets). Just remember that angels and spirit guides will always answer with the truth NOT with waht you want to hear but try to remember that when one door closes, another opens. There is nothing negative about these cards - warnings are always given lovingly and with advice on how best to deal wih teh situation (we are not talking death here, i am thinking more on the lines of job/career changes, ends of relationships or a warning not to embark on something). Here is a live example for you - I was thinking about getting into a relationship with someone but kept picking the same card - one warning me that caution was warranted and that i would nto find the happiness i sought from this situation. I ignored this advice and went into the relationship regardless. For months the relationship was fine and I didnt understand why the cards had warned me off. Several months in, and i realised why i had been warned. The relationship was a complete disaster and made me unbelievably unhappy. I was also trapped in it for a long time. On a brighter note, i have also had lots of unexpected, brilliant things happen - although we all get the same cards in the sets, you'll only ever receive a message taht is relevant to you. I would definitely recommend these to anyone interested in communing iwth angels. It will change your life, really it will. I also suggest using these with the Angel Guidance Oracle Board. Have a look at the reviews there too.
Just perfect!, 24 Mar 2007
When i first bought the cards I had my doubts about if they would really work. But recently things have been happening that the cards predicted. I will not go into detail. The cards really are perfect and the artwork is beautiful, as are the messages. I don't know how Doreen Virtue does but all of her Oracle Cards are perfectly precise. I do honestly hope that this review has helped.

David Icke, we salute you!, 11 Oct 2008
I'm only halfway through but this is truly magnificent.
I hadn't read anything else of his and am new to the whole NWO stuff, and after reaching a certain point of internet research, I wanted a cover to cover complete guide, and even though hadn't learnt anything more about Icke since his fall from grace (whatever you want to call it) in the early 90's, I was open to learning what he ACTUALLY has to say.
Even though this has some wild theories (are they though?) it is clear that this man is far from being mad or anything of that nature.
However much of this is true doesn't actually matter to most readers I'm sure, as no matter what, much of this makes you look at EVERYTHING from a very different perspective. So the thought provoking aspects of this book is the real beauty of it.
I'm not sure how much it would be worth to read his other works written before this, as this really is definitive regarding the message(s) he puts across.
Also his talk at Brixton (7 hours long BTW) is a very good guide to much of what he says here, with certain important things not included that the book adds to help with the "dot connecting".
So in summary, this could possibly be the most important thing you could read in your life. Buy it, read it and tell others, and to the ignorant people who laugh at you for subscribing to Icke's views on the world, just use the quote that Icke does at the heading of one of the early chapters from Albert Einstein: "Condemnation without investigation is the highest form of ignorance".
How true.
This could be one of the most important books that you will ever read, 10 Oct 2008
You may not agree with everything that David Icke has to say, but this could be one of the most important books that you will ever read. However, at just over 600 pages it is no lightweight. It is literally stuffed with facts and figures, quotations and opinion.
The book consists of 28 chapters (referred to as dots), an index and a bibliography... and can be read on a number of different levels.
Like most people, I must admit that I did flick through the book as soon as it arrived and read through some of the more "interesting" bits.
But then I decided to read the book from beginning to end, as originally intended, joining up all of the dots as I went along.
Some of the chapters are more "challenging" than others, particularly the first two. But please don't let this put you off reading the rest of the book; you can always come back to them later.
Some things that David Icke writes about may come as a complete shock to some people; to others, it is blatantly obvious. But even to those of us who have been following such things for years and have perhaps thought "no, that can't be right", it can come as quite a shock to discover that David Icke was probably right all along. Just look at what has happened, and how life has changed all around us, since 9/11 and 7/7.
David Icke's latest book raises a lot of very interesting and important questions; perhaps it is time that we started taking a bit more notice of what is actually happening all around us... before it is too late.
Can you handle the truth ?, 24 Sep 2008
David Icke is ridiculed by many who haven't even read any of his works , but this book is one that everyone should make an attempt to read. It is like a summary of all of the major ideas and theories outlined in Icke's extensive back catalogue of books. For anyone wishing to get to know about these persuasive conspiracy theories "The Guide" is probably the best place to start. For many, the hardest part of Icke's worldview to swallow is that of the "Reptilians" and their nefarious connection with world leaders, but if you replace the word "Reptilian" with "other dimensional entity" or "demon" then it all becomes much more user friendly and "acceptable".The highlight of this book is Icke's analysis of the 9/11 events and if anyone after reading it is left believing the official version of events of that day , then they should consider mowing the lawn wearing nothing but a string of pearls .Clearly it was an inside job by US government agencies, hard though that is to digest for a brain dead public. Once the reader accepts that this is the case then all of Icke's other theories make more or less perfect sense.Another one of Icke's controversial theories is that global warming is not caused by carbon based emissions;instead it is being caused by excessive sun spot activity. The elitists are using the global warming scare to further centralise ,globalise and control. Icke indicates that there is nothing to be worried about by global warming at all. There is definitely some alien force driving globalisation, centralisation of power and multi-culturalism and Icke tells us exactly what it is. However ,where Icke falls somewhat short is with his prescription on how to "fight" this imminent global tyranny. He merely recommends spreading his exposure of the plot worldwide, rather like proselytising the gospel I guess, with each person relying heavily on their intuition rather than accepting "fact" .People should refuse to seek power over others and should work to create a utopian Brotherhood of Man.I,for one , dont think this is going to be enough to overcome the scumbags who are covertly setting up a Prison Planet while the people are distracted by circuses. After having read most of Icke's books , I find myself frequently switching between the "real" world and Icke's world when reacting to world events and watching the latest news. What is really happening behind the plausible facade presented to the world by an anodyne media ? Questions, questions, questions ! Don't ask too many and you might get on in life . Ask too many awkward ones and the "Reptilians" might try to make you work in the janitorial profession as a reward. Read this book but dont expect your belief system to be the same after doing so.
Your view of the world you thought you knew will be shaken to it's core by this magnificent book, 15 Sep 2008
For anyone who has an enquiring mind and has somehow always had suspicions of how certain events happened and more importantly "why" but you couldn't make any sense of the "why" this book will help you to understand the "why" and the complex mechanics of how the world actually works explained with great clarity. Quite simply it's magnificent and will change your perspective of how you "thought" the world worked, forever.
Not only does he explain in great detail how apparently unconnected people and organisations around the globe ARE connected and all to serve a common goal of "One World Government" but the disturbing implications of such an idea which was so vividly portrayed in George Orwell's book 1984 was because Orwell worked in government and he knew exactly what was planned for the future.
The topics covered in the book are not of someone's highly developed imagination in order to sell more books but years of journalistic research over the last 20 years and actual documented evidence including government documents and think tank documents that advise governments on policies that can be freely read on the internet. These think tanks dictate to governments what policies in their view should be pursued. Which begs the question who really is in control of the direction of World Affairs, Governments or Think tanks?.
He quotes interviews with people which gives his work extra credibility. These people he has interviewed for his book have had access to classified information that was fundamentally at odds with their moral principles and felt that somehow the general public needed to get to know this information somehow, so basically they had to at great risk to themselves for obvious reasons try to get the public informed of the true motives for world events. The book focusses on events like 9/11, Afghanistan and Iraq but many other topics as well.
The information is too detailed and glaringly obvious that the topics covered in this book can no longer be regarded as conspiracy theories but undeniable conspiracy facts. For any super sleuths out their who can piece together information and make a conclusion from it, it should make perfect sense but in an imperfect world there will still be some people who say Uhhh! I just don't get it?. You will have to read it for yourselves to see which side of the fence you are. I know which side I am on for sure!!.
Amazing research, astounding results..., 19 Aug 2008
I have read a few of books from David Icke and they are all equally fascinating. This book is more then that. I recommend this to every person alive today, even a slight interest in the subject matter and you will be hooked. His delivery and his research are second to none. This man is Britains number one journalist. If not the world. I will be writing more once i have finished the book, lol.

We are their heaven, 13 Mar 2008
I bought this for my wife, we are both interested in this kind of thing but my wife has read book after book about afterlife and angels etc since our daughter died 2 years ago. she couldn't put Allison's book down, she cried reading the parts about children, (obviously) but the way Allison writes in a very gentle and calming way, it put my wife's mind at a bit more ease that Caitlin is still around us, she even began to feel her presance when she knew what signs to look for after reading this fantastic volume. I've since bought her all of Allison's books.
Soft pillow for the soul and quite helpful for interpreting given signs, 04 Nov 2007
Like it's previous book it's reassuring and quite the eye opener. Allison DuBois and some of her sitters let us in on some of her readings and everyday signs of those that have passed away but still send many signs to their living loves. What I found most interesting about this book was the ability it gave me as a reader to better understand many of the signs shown/felt, to better acknowledge them and interpret them. It's an eye opener for the little things and a small push into trying to figure out more of what's being shown around ourselves.
she knows her stuff, 15 Apr 2007
this does help you understand there is no death easy to read and will give comfort to those who have loved ones in the spirit world, allison is a gifted lady, another book i could not put down a spiritual and easy to read book which will help and guide you is the calling of your true self, elizabeth anne bell, both mediums come out with a lot the same which will make you think
Great follow up to "Don't kiss Them Goodbye.", 10 Jan 2007
This book is more for people from all walks of life who have suffered the death of a loved one in a particular way. For example, the death of a child, the death of parents, death from suicide, illness etc.... I found this book very reassuring, especially when it laid the myth to rest that suicides go to hell! Can't wait fror her next book.....
Amazing., 29 Oct 2006
In this book Allison DuBois deals with helping those who have experienced the loss of a loved one by sharing the experiences and stories of those she has read. It is a huge comfort to those who are suffering and to those around them, especially when you are looking for validation that your loved one still 'exists'. It is a great follow up to her first book with added info on her own life that makes the book more heartfelt.

Excellent, 10 Jul 2008
This is just a quick thumbs up for the previous two reviews which sum up the book nicely. There is much food for thought and plenty of information for further reading. Some of the most interesting aspects for me were the descriptions of the ancient structures found in the pacific ocean. Undoubtedly the remnants of the lost civilisation of Lemuria that the inhabitants of Hawaii, South America and other pacific islands claim to have descended from in their 'myths'.
Great Book, 10 Jan 2008
I loved this book. It has short essays by most of the big names in this genre and I found it extremely informative. Plenty of further reading to be had here. I saw it as a gateway to a whole new field of authors and their opinions on how civilisation started, through to how the Pyramids are actually a power station!
If you like short, thought provoking stories you'll love it, if you like different views on how civilisation started and what the meaning of life is you love it too.
Hope this helps - I lent it to a friend and......she loved it.
A window into a fascinating area, 26 Jul 2007
Having decided to explore the area of ancient mysteries and the origins of humanity I decided that this book would be the ideal way in. Gladly, this is the case. The collection of short essays on different but related topics provides a superb overview of many of the thoughts in this area. Consequently, as an introduction to further reading it is ideal but should not be underrated as a great stand alone read. I was (surprisingly) impressed with the rigour applied in each essay - the writers in each case being keenly aware of the need to present opinion in the context of evidence and reasoning. Very compelling.

All in all I am very happy with my purchase.
fantastic,beautful, 02 Feb 2008
i love these cards they are accurate easy to use and just wonderful, 100% recommend them
Beautiful, easy to use and accurate!, 27 May 2007
A gorgeous deck (almost prestigious looking)!

Not overly impressed, 14 Jul 2008
There are some interesting photos in this book but I found quite a few instances where the author makes sweeping statements like 'mechanical failure can be ruled out' when discussing a blip on a piece of CCTV footage or 'why would a vicar choose to photograph someone dressed like they were wearing a Hallowe'en spook costume, and at the wrong time of year?' really naive and annoying. Machinery can develop faults at any time, and perhaps the vicar decided a bit more publicity for his church wouldn't be a bad thing?
Double exposure, lens flare, bits of dust and moisture in the air and mechanical failure can explain A LOT of photographical anomolies (not all, I accept). Leaving a camera to take a long exposure can give a person time to duck into and out of a photo leaving a spooky blurred/ semi transparent image behind.
But when all's said and done, if you're after a bit of light relief and a book to grace your coffee table at Hallowe'en, this book will probably put a smile on your kids face.
Entertaining and of high quality, 12 Dec 2007
This is a very enjoyable book. The photos are varied and highly intriguing. A few are famous ones and one or two thought to be fakes, whereas others are simply mysteries, with it seeming highly likely in many that a ghost really has been caught on film. The narration is excellent too; just the right length to read bit at a time, with intelligent analysis and historical background. All in all this is a super book and one which turned out to be even better than I had expected. Great fun, and eerie to boot!

All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

i love these cards they are accurate easy to use and just wonderful, 100% recommend them
Beautiful, easy to use and accurate!, 27 May 2007
A gorgeous deck (almost prestigious looking)!
A good follow-up to her Best-seller, 18 Sep 2008
Yet more evidence that we live in a 'field' (grid, bubble, whatever!) of consciousness, and consistent with quantum physics; our minds (our intentions) are creating reality: indeed, all our thoughts are doing this whether being scattered unconsciously or channeled intentionally.
Gary Bate author of 'We are here to know ourselves'
I wish it worked, but it doesn't!, 06 May 2008
Having followed these sorts of books for over 10 years and tried to put them into practice, I am somewhat wise to how they are actually just a load of lies and don't work in reality. This book offers some half baked so-called scientific ideas to back up what is probably a commercial conspiracy but they have no bearing in reality. I would sincerely doubt the authenticity of the so-called "evidence" behind this book. The proof is in the practice, and I can vouch that it doesn't work!
The Real Deal, 23 Apr 2007
Lynne McTaggart is an award-winning journalist and a best-selling author of "The Field". Although not a trained scientist, she has an uncanny ability to bring complex quantum theory to a practical language that makes sense. "The Intention Experiment" expands on the concepts of purposeful consciousness she introduced in her previous book. Unlike other works that simply offer "New Age" fluff to entice a public hungry for hope, "The Intention Experiment" grounds the contention that thoughts have an innate power to affect living organisms on impeccable double-blind studies conducted by eminent scientists. The ability to change the rate of growth in cancer cells by guided imagery, the effects of distant prayer on t cell count of HIV+ patients, and how blessed water can change its molecular structure, are only a few of the fascinating topics McTaggart covers in her book. Readers can learn about the power of mind-body without having to question the legitimacy of her sources.
"The Intention Experiment" is one of the best books in the genre of what is known as "intention science".
hard pushed to find something different, 03 Apr 2007
I wanted to read something different, I wanted to have something that would inspire me even more, but it did not. All what I have gained from some of the better books on cosmic ordering are way over what this has given me. Hailed as something new, I was hard pushed to find something different. A lot of conjecture that cannot be disproved, but I was still drawn to the way it put things across. I think if this wasn't based on another New Age science then I might have went for it in a big way.
Safety. Permission. Freedom., 09 Mar 2007
We all know positive thinking works and anyone who has worked with people or animals that telepathy works.
We definitely co-operate at the mind thought level as well as the 5 sense level, i.e. our more outwardly obvious communications.
As a Bio healer, manager, father and engineer many questions pop into my head regarding thought power.
The key one is permission and do we or I or anyone have the right to change other people's lives invisibly through the power of thought. I THINK FOR SURE NO. As a Bio Energy healer the first thing we learn is the need for permission. As a doctor, the same permission issue arises. Here it needs to be written.
As a manager we work if to avoid the charge of being bossy, with permission and co-operation. It is called `y' management.
What concerns me greatly about the power of intent, is that it should be used primarily on oneself, without materially changing others lives invisibly, without their agreement and their knowledge.
To change others lives is known as Sorcery. It is also highly illegal and turns people into puppets.
So be careful who's strings you pull!!
I would prefer intent power came back to what is simply called positive thinking, the ability to determine ones own doings and to achieve one's own objectives without invisibly affecting others. That we live by the visible labels we project rather than some invisible power.
I have promoted Lynn's first book on my web site; www.cleanhealing.com but I have some concern re promoting the use of the power of prayer to save our planet. For I think it is an illegal power. Having said that, the use of prayer to think positive thoughts and to brainstorm ones views on what is happening around or inside oneself is very OK It is also a useful way of gathering together ones objectives and plans, such that one actions what one wants to action..
But with the above in mind I am sure you will enjoy her book and I would also recommend her work on questioning various healing methods available to us humans, via her other publications, WDDTY What Doctors Don't Tell You.
Happy reading.
